Timelines - Logistics - Orchestration:
Been there, done that! Not just a builder… I am a client. I know what I want when I am building a home from my vendors and contractors. We are walking in your shoes.
Responsibility to the client:
It is the responsibility of the contractor to get it right the first time. Any deficiencies in productivity lies on the shoulders of the contractor. The contractors job is to see each stage of construction to completion, that meets the approval of the town / county inspection. If any part of the construction process is incorrect or does not meet code it is the responsibility of the contractor to meet the demand. As well as inform the client of any time delays for which the contractor would be responsible for.
Time is money!
Once our client is on boarded and final plans have been signed off on the order processing will begin. Our procedure is to begin ordering the components that take the longest to produce and obtain. This means right out of the gate we will be discussing the kitchen, cabinets / Countertops, tile, flooring, windows, sinks, tubs, toilets and the finish trim / doors.
Efficiency is King
Once agreed-upon and signed off on these products will be ordered into our warehouse and stored ahead of construction. This technique allows us to have product ready to install when product is ready to be installed.
Change Order
Change of order will be accompanied by a charge. Sometimes people change their minds. It’s understandable. We are happy to accommodate any change at any time. Applicable fees will be applied. As well, any time delays will be accounted for.
